These include the threat to BBC Music under Charter renewal, the closure of many of the UK’s small grassroots venues and the Digital single market. Fresh from party-conference season, it will also examine how UK Music is challenging the Government and Parliament as a whole to support our vibrant music ecosystem, and what music is actually worth to the UK economy. How the UK Music Skills Academy, Music Academic Partnership and Apprenticeship scheme is opening up new opportunities for people to access careers throughout the UK music industry and how you can get involved in helping to shape a bright future for music moving forward.
